Privacy Statement TAPP- Coalition

We are collecting private information in the framework of our service. This is necessary in order to provide you with the best service possible. Examples of information are the ability to contact you personally, send newsletters and make our financial administration in order.
Private information consists of the following  : all data that directly or indirectly can be traced to you. The most common data are name and address, but other data can sometimes also fall un de the header personal. We are not allowed to use these data as such. That is why we inform you by means of this privacy statement which data we process and with what purpose.

WE PROCESS THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL DATA : Name, Address and other contact information.

THE GOALS FOR WHICH WE USE YOUR DATA ARE THE FOLLOWING :
·       We use your contact data mainly to communicate with you;
·       Your personal data will, in case of business relations, be used to send invoices;
·       Your personal/contact data will be used for various products/services for which you have given orders to us;
·       With your permission we will send you newsletters.

THE LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING OF YOU DATA :
In order to process your data we need a legal bases. We process your data in order to fulfill our agreement with you.

STORAGE AND RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be stored and kept for as long and for as far as we need them. The data will in any case be stored during the period for which we have contact of a relationship agreement.
When our contact or agreement finishes we will store your data for a period of 7 years for tax purposes. After this period we will destroy the data.

USE OF COOKIES AND/OR COMPARABLE TECHNIQUES
TAPP Coalition makes use of cookies in order to trace anonymously our websites visits and to enlarge use usage. We gladly explain what this entails for you.
What are cookies ?
A cookie is a file that is stored on your computer. By placement of a cookie can your follow-up visit on our website be logged. Cookies do not contain personal data. These cookies cannot be used to identify you personally online.

Functional and technical cookies are necessary to have good functioning website of the tappcoalition.nl / tappcoalition.eu . It is not necessary for the TAPP coalition to ask permission for these cookies. It is standard practice to place these cookies. In order to provide you  the best user-experience and in order to inform you in the best way possible we would like to know how our users use our website. TAPP Coalition uses Google Analytics ‘’cookie” with which we keep track of how our website is being used. Your IP-address and surfing behaviour remain data under an alias. Newsletter
In case you have asked for our newsletter we make use of a mailinglist. This mailinglist only has the mailaddres that is being used by you. This personal information will not be published or provided to third parties.

REQUEST TO INSIGHT, RECTIFICATION, OR REMOVAL OF PERSONAL DATA :
Incase that you want to view , change, remove or otherwise change the persona data you can do that by contacting us through  https://tappcoalitie.eu/contact .   In order to verify your identity we can ask for further information.
It I possible that we will not be able to fulfill you request . When this is the case we will give you a written statement of our motivation.

THE SAFETY OF YOUR DATA :
We have taken adequate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data.
In case something will not go right with the protection of you personal data, or if we suspect that this is the case, we will let notify this to the proper authorities. If the incident refers to your personal data and will entail a high risk for your right and freedoms than we will contact  you as soon as possible.

PROVIDING DATA TO THIRD PARTIES :
We only provide data to third parties if you give us explicit permission to do so or if we are obliged to do so via a court order or on the basis of the local laws.
The external parties that process the personal data under our responsibility will do this only for purposes and under conditions that we have agreed with them by means of a processing agreement.

It might happen that we change this privacy statement. On our website you will always find the most recent privacy statement. We request that you will regularly check this privacy statement for possible changes.
